It’s not entirely true that I am trying to get out of posting an essay this week by doing another video. When I was up at 5am, a video was exactly what I thought I’d do this week! But, since we’re taking off for a couple of days to drive to an even colder part of the country, I thought I’d pop this video up here and work on next week’s essay on the drive to Maine!
And yes, much of this podcast is about grief, but I am learning so much about it, I feel like I want to share it with you. The keyword, which I mention several times, is “community.” I think having one around us as we grieve is one of the best ways to navigate it.
